•	All external walls have an extra 10mm cavity space. This increases the insulative properties by 30% with no additional building cost.
•	Insulation is further improved by the highly retentive and reflective double glazing used throughout the building.
•	Free hot water is provided to the property via the VELUX Solar Panel system installed on the south facing roof.
•	Heating to the building is provided via the energy efficient SAP approved MyHeat underfloor heating system.
•	Heating efficiency is further improved by the use of a heat retentive multi-particle concrete screed.
•	Only recycled aggregates and FSC (sustainable forest) approved timber have been used.
•	All waste from the project was segragated and recycled whenever possible.
•	Materials were delivered to site from local companies on a 'full-load' system, lessening environmental impact.
•	The block drive is a loose-lay permiable system with zero impact on existing drainage systems.
