At Helm, we are able to partner other developers in producing individual properties or developments. We contribute with skills, resources, expertise and/or finance depending on the project requirements. This has allowed us to gain significant and enviable experience when creating new homes.

We have concentrated our activity primarily in the South West region. Helm has participated in various local government initiatives to regenerate urban areas and the re-development of a number of properties into housing and apartments as part of these programmes has earned us an enviable reputation.
