In July 2010, Helm attended the Business Link Jobseekers Plus Awards, along with companies such as Comet, Burger King and Waitrose. The awards showcase the achievements of businesses and thier employees.
Helm were judged as showing the best approach to developing skills and staff potential, achieving first place in the Skills Development Award for small to medium size businesses.
Helm also had success as runners up in both the Recruitment Partnership and Diversity in Action categories.
In 2008, Helm were awarded the Investors in People Standard. This has helped improve the way Helm and its people operate, by meeting the same performance levels as other Investors in People companies
