Helm Projects focus on the provision of residential, commercial and specialist application property development, providing services to a wide range of private, charitable and public sector clients.

Helm can cater for the full construction, design and management of projects for clients wishing to develop individual homes or premises. In fact, we employ our own fully qualified CDM Coordinators to help us achieve this.

We can act (depending on the project) as either the main contractor managing the complete project lifecycle to your specifications or a sub contractor providing specialist staff, skill sets or activities (such as brick trades, carpentry, ground works, roofers or finishers) to support other main contractors.

What’s more, all of our work is not only guaranteed by ourselves but can carry an independent FMB Masterbond (Federation of Master Builders), or LABC (Local Authority Building Control) guarantee as well, ensuring that all of our clients receive long lasting piece of mind.

Our innovative, flexible approach to construction alongside our strong service driven ethos coupled with our post project support has ensured our involvement in a number of design and build projects as well as contributing to our participation in some of the larger development projects within the South West.
